Fitness Instructors

  • Deliver engaging fitness classes and programs.

  • Provide proper instruction and demonstrate exercise techniques.

  • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.

  • Monitor and assess client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans.

  • Ensure safety and proper form during workouts.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new exercises and training methods.

Exercise/ Physio Therapist

  • Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.

  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to promote recovery and pain relief.

  • Educate and guide patients on injury prevention and self-care.

  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Admin & Marketing

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and maintaining records.

  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media management and content creation.

  • Coordinate and organize events, workshops, and promotional activities.

  • Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

  • Monitor marketing analytics and report on campaign performance.
